  1. I love the picture! And I certainly agree. I had a deficiency in Vitamin D for a few years that I only found with a blood test when I was almost at the point of being treated with medication for depression. I’m so glad we caught it in time: I could make a simple change in my diet and completely avoid an addictive medication. It is SO important to pay attention to what we eat and to use whole, organic, unprocessed foods to get the nutrients we need. And I definitely am supportive of this blog. I believe education is key; people can’t live well until they know how!
